Graduation Info

To file for graduation, whether for the master’s degree (MS) or the certificate of advanced study in Archives and Records Management (CAS), you must complete an application for graduation which is located on the Registrar’s website.
If you are completing both the master’s and the certificate, you must file two separate applications indicating the MS and the CAS. For the MS, you should put Library and Information Science as your major and leave the ‘concentration’ field blank.

Students who are planning on graduating in May 2013 need to submit an application for graduation by February 15, 2013.

Students who are planning on graduating in Summer 2013 need to submit an application for graduation by July 12, 2013.
